Insurance
We work with most commercial insurance plans, self-pay patients and out-of-network benefits, depending on your plan.
If you gave us your insurance details, we bill your insurer directly. Any balance your plan doesn't cover after it pays remains your responsibility.
Good to know: sometimes a quick call from you prompts your insurer to pay what it owes. After the insurer pays, you are responsible for any remaining balance.
Part of our billing is handled by outside billing partners. If a statement arrives with another company's name or logo, it still comes from us, so please don't set it aside.
